Four Directions Interview

Written by on February 7, 2023

The Four Directions streaming group is a one-of-a-kind and diverse community of music fans who come together to discover and share new music, with a special emphasis on Indigenous and Native American artists. This group, led by one of our own community members, Joobie, is making a significant impact in the Native American community by amplifying the voices of Indigenous and Native American artists who are frequently overlooked in the mainstream music scene.

The group, named after the four cardinal directions, exemplifies the inclusive and diverse nature of the music they present. Joobie, a well-known member of the Native American community, brings his knowledge and passion for music to the group, ensuring that each live stream and discussion is both enlightening and engaging.

These streams are an excellent way for members of the community to connect. This allows a broader range of voices and perspectives, rather than just mainstream artists, to be heard.

The Four Directions group not only promotes and highlights indigenous and Native American artists’ music, but it also fosters a sense of community and connection among members, as well as a love and appreciation for music.
