the Luminous Pariah / DJ

the Luminous Pariah is a Seattle-based Seattle-based, Indigenous (Seminole/Choctaw/Navajo) and African American interdisciplinary BOYlesque & cabaret performance artist, graphic designer, producer, and model. ​ ​ Along with regular Seattle performances, Luminous averages over 1/3 of each year on tour nationally and internationally. With over 75 international performances and countless US appearances behind him, he is surely bound soon for a theater near you. ​

A natural-born mover, trained actor and dancer, artist, with an eye for the compelling, Luminous excels on stage as well as a muse in the studios of visual artists, animators, directors, and photographers. Lumi’s goal is to present inspirational showcases that are designed to celebrate the thrilling highs and questionable lows of the kooky world we live in.​ the Luminous Pariah is the founder of BOYlesque troupe, Mod Carousel: a dynamic quartet of diversely-skilled male cabaret performers.

With experience as a dancer in the Cabaret world, Luminous Pariah discovered his love for electronic music at Berghain, in Berlin, in 2016.

Luminous combines his affinity for classic Chicago house with new sounds from Europe and the Americas.
